Legal Terms, Conditions & Client Advisory Agreement

1. Scope of Professional Advisory Services

ZED Global Consultants Pvt Ltd ("the Company", "we", "our") operates as an independent international education, corporate incorporation, and immigration advisory firm headquartered at Office 406, 4th Floor, Makkah Tower, Adamjee Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

Our professional services encompass:

• Preliminary assessment of applicant qualifications, language proficiencies, and financial capacities against published foreign statutory criteria.
• Admission processing and documentation liaison with accredited foreign universities, colleges, and dual vocational training (Ausbildung) institutions.
• Preparation, structuring, and compilation of visa application dossiers in strict accordance with the guidelines of respective foreign diplomatic missions and visa facilitation services (VFS Global, Gerry's, TLScontact, BLS International).
• Corporate formations (UK LTD, US LLC, UAE Freezone) and corporate administrative guidance.

2. Sole Sovereign Prerogative of Diplomatic Missions & Governments

No employee, consultant, or representative of ZED Global Consultants has the legal authority to guarantee a 100% visa issuance. Any claims made by unauthorized parties promising "guaranteed visas" are strictly disavowed and in direct contravention of company ethics. Our responsibility is strictly limited to ensuring that client documentation is complete, authentic, professionally presented, and fully aligned with statutory requirements.

3. Client Responsibility & Absolute Document Authenticity

The Applicant/Client covenants and warrants that:

• All educational degrees, transcripts, bank statements, tax records (FBR returns), experience certificates, police clearances, and family records (FRC) provided to ZED Global Consultants are genuine, authentic, and lawfully issued by competent authorities.
• Submission of forged, altered, or fabricated documents is a criminal offense under the laws of Pakistan (Pakistan Penal Code) and results in permanent visa bans (e.g. 10-year UK ban under Section 320/9, 5-year Canada ban under Section 40(2) A36).
• ZED Global Consultants operates an uncompromising Zero-Tolerance Anti-Fraud Policy. Discovery of any forged instrument will result in the immediate and summary termination of client services with zero refund, and may be reported to relevant legal authorities.

4. Professional Fees, Invoicing & Retainer Policies

Our professional advisory fees represent compensation for intellectual expertise, legal research, procedural drafting, document verification, and administrative time spent on a client file.

• Authorized Channels: All payments must be deposited strictly into the official corporate bank accounts of ZED Global Consultants Pvt Ltd (Meezan Bank or Allied Bank). Cash or transfers to individual personal accounts of any staff member are strictly forbidden.
• Official Receipts: Clients must obtain an official printed/digital stamped corporate receipt from our Makkah Tower Head Office for every payment made.
• External Third-Party Fees: Embassy visa fees, university application fees, biometric appointment charges, health surcharges (e.g. UK IHS), blocked account deposits, and language testing fees are external statutory costs paid directly to relevant authorities and are entirely separate from our advisory fee.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because professional work commences immediately upon file enrollment:

• Initial consultation, preliminary evaluation, and file opening retainer charges are strictly non-refundable once document auditing has begun.
• If an application is refused solely due to demonstrable procedural error caused directly by ZED Global Consultants, we undertake to re-file or submit an administrative appeal free of any additional consultancy charges.
• No refunds will be granted if a visa is refused due to: client misrepresentation, non-disclosure of past travel rejections, failure to attend embassy interviews, failure to satisfy interviewers on genuine student/visitor criteria, withdrawal of application by the client, or unilateral alterations in foreign government immigration rules post-filing.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

ZED Global Consultants is committed to the strictest standards of client confidentiality. We do not sell, disclose, or transfer client personal, academic, or financial records to unauthorized third parties. Personal data is utilized exclusively for the lawful purpose of securing university admissions, licensing, and processing visa filings with accredited partners and government agencies.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The civil and district courts of Rawalpindi / Islamabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of this relationship.
